Dr. Jerry R. Rogers, Ph.D, P.E., Diplomate Water Resources Engineer, Distinguished Member ASCE is a Past President of the Houston Branch and a Past National Vice President of ASCE (2001-2003). On December 20, 2011, Dr. Rogers was selected as a 2012 University of Arkansas College of Engineering Distinguished Alumnus. His selection will be announced at the University of Arkansas College of Engineer Alumni Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 21, 2012.
Dr. Rogers received the ASCE National Civil Engineering History and Heritage Award and an honorarium at the Memphis ASCE Annual Conference.
