Dr. Jerry R. Rogers, Ph.D, P.E., Diplomate Water Resources Engineer, Distinguished Member ASCE is a Past President of the Houston Branch and a Past National Vice President of ASCE (2001-2003). Recap Bowling Night: On Thursday, January 19th, from 5:30 to 7:30 the Younger Member group hosted a bowling night with WTS at 300 Houston Bowling Lanes. January was the first branch meeting at Smith & Wollensky for lunch, and it was the first month that ASCE Houston required on-line prepayment.
