2009 Engineers Week
This year’s Engineers Week is February 15-21. The following is a list of events and volunteer opportunities:
- February 14th from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm - MathCounts will be held at Fluor. Amy Stonaker is seeking volunteers.
- February 16th at 6:00 pm – Young Engineer of the Year Banquet at Omni Houston-Westside honoring ASCE – Houston Branch Clay A. Forister, P.E.
- February 18th at 12:00 pm – Student Luncheon at University of Houston
- February 19th at 6:00 pm – Engineer of the Year Banquet at Minute Maid Park honoring Edwin C Friedrichs, P.E., LEED AP
- February 21st and 22nd – Design Squad at the Children’s Museum. Paul Baxter is seeking volunteers.
