Join us for an exciting airfield technical tour of Bush Intercontinental Airport facilities. The tour will showcase IAH’s airport facilities and operations, and will be conducted by IAH staff from operations and planning groups. You’ll have a chance to learn and ask questions about day to day operations, as well as planned improvements.
The tour will be on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at 4p and will last approximately an hour. We’ll meet at the cell phone lot (“passenger pick up waiting lot”) on Will Clayton Parkway. The tour will leave promptly at 4 pm, you will need to arrive by 3:30 pm, so that security issues can be addressed. The tour is free, but you need to register before Monday, February 1 to reserve your spot. (Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.)
After the tour, we invite you to join us for our monthly Branch ASCE meeting, which will be held at the Humble Civic Center (minutes from IAH). Eric Potts, Interim Director of Aviation for Houston Airport Services, will be the main speaker. Come out to join us, celebrate Past-President’s month, and Engineer’s Week!
