"GIS Based Asset Management"

Asset Management Systems facilitate the management of infrastructure as well as asset valuation, reporting, and condition assessment. In addition, these systems improve operational efficiency by performing mapping of assets that facilitate streamlined planning of future upgrades, maintenance, and expansions. Mr. Durso has more than 8 years of experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) engineering. His experience includes the design and development of systems that include closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, dynamic message signs (DMS), lane control signals (LCS), hazard advisory radio (HAR), vehicle detection, automated vehicle identification (AVI), and roadway illumination. He has developed Traffic Management Centers (TMCs), Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), Traffic Signal Systems, Incident Management Plans (IMPs), and Emergency Road Closure Plan (ERCP) systems. He has performed system testing and construction inspection on CCTV, DMS, traffic signals, and fiber optics.
