Houston Area Infrastructure Report Card Release Event
ASCE released the first ever comprehensive Houston Area Infrastructure Report Card at the November Branch Lunch Meeting. The release was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Houston PBS Anchor / Producer Ernie Manouse.
Panelists included Houston City Council Member Melissa Noriega, TxDOT Houston District Engineer Michael Alford, PE, Director of Community and Environmental Planning (H-GAC) Jeff Taebel, and Research Scientist at Texas A&M Transportation Institute, David Rennie Ellis, Ph.D.
